This Energy Performance Measurement and Verification Module has been developed as part of the implementation and application of Government Regulation Number 33 of 2023 on Energy Conservation. It also serves as a reference for training materials designed to equip participants and prospective M&V instructors with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles of energy auditing and M&V. The module aligns with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) in the field of Energy Performance Measurement and Verification, as established through the Decree of the Minister of Manpower Number 223 of 2020.

Through this module, training participants are expected to develop a thorough understanding of relevant statistical concepts and their application in M&V, gain familiarity with the four options outlined in the International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol (IPMVP), and comprehend key elements of M&V content. Additionally, participants should be able to provide professional advice to energy efficiency programme developers, utilities, government agencies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders with an interest in M&V.
